Sipping the Salt

This is one of everyone’s favorite area to paint in the Phoenix area because you will always find amazing beauty. Even more exciting when you see the wild horses cross the river. This is a mare and her yearling. I love to paint along the Salt River always with dramatic mountains in the background. This piece is 9 x 12 oil on linen panel.
