Basics

STARTS: Friday, April 5th, at 5 PM with tapas and orientation.

ENDS: Sunday, April 7th, at 3 PM.

PLACE: Scottsdale, Sedona, Tubac, or another beautiful location in the Southwest

COST: $450

SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10 PAINTERS.

INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION:

• Tapas on Friday, a boxed lunch on Saturday and Sunday, water and light snacks each day.
• Mixed media paper, watercolors, acrylic paint, pastels, ink pens and graphite will be provided for you.
• A sturdy, ring bound sketch book to hold all your observations and creations.
• A guided hiking and sketching tour with Linda Pullinsi.
• Bottled water while you are on your hike.
• Advice on inspiring places to visit during your daily breaks to personalize your retreat.
• Workshop instruction, support, and daily one-on-one guidance from Linda Pullinsi.
• Special hand outs to take home with you.
• Access to personal collage stash to use in your own work.
• An intimate glimpse into Linda Pullinsi’s painting process as she builds a body of work.
• Pre-trip notes and guidelines.
• A painter apron.
• Advice on travel plans before or after the trip if desired.

NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION:

• Airfare, lodging, and ground travel are not included.
• Breakfasts and dinners are not included.
• A supply list for things not provided will be emailed to you after registering.

CONFIRMATION & COMMUNICATION

• Within 24 hours of making your deposit, you will receive a welcome email.  This is your registration confirmation and contains helpful info to help you start planning your trip to Scottsdale. Please keep this email in a safe place.  It is recommended that you print it out.
• IMPORTANT:  All retreat information will be emailed to the email address you used to register with.  If you require the materials to be sent to an alternate email address, please email lp@lindapullinsi.com and let us know right away.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• A deposit of $150 USD will hold your space.
• Cancellations made before the specified due date:  Refunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be made until the due date.  On and/or after  your registration fee is non-refundable. Please email your cancellation to lp@lindapullinsi.com with your full name and email address you used to purchase registration. Your refund will be issued via Pay Pal within 72 business hours of receiving your cancellation.
• Registration is NOT transferable.
• The final balance of $300 is due by March 15, 2024.
• You will receive an invoice from us for the final balance on .
• On and after March 15, 2024: ALL SALES FINAL.

LODGING & MEALS

• Lodging is not included in your registration, but we have recommendations.
• Meals are also not included in your registration which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the many amazing restaurants Scottsdale has to offer.

SUPPLIES

• A large, ring bound sketchbook to hold your drawings, paintings and writings will be provided.
• Mixed media paper, acrylic paint, pastels, watercolor, and graphite will be provided for you in Scottsdale. I will have extra supplies including collage images.
• You may wish to bring some of your own brushes and supplies. Details will be included in your welcome email.

BASIC ITINERARY

Friday, April 5th, 5-8 PM, Meet for Tapas and get your creativity kit, Welcome Ceremony where we play with some of our supplies and set our intentions.

Saturday, April 6th, 9-3,  We will have box lunches delivered so we can keep busy before and after our lunch break. We will take a short inspirational hike including a guided meditation to begin our day as well as short, energizing breaks throughout the day. Lunch, light snacks, and water included. Sacred Circle Happy Hour 4-5 PM

Sunday, April 7th, 9-10:30 AM we will meet for a gentle hike and then  you will be led step by step on different intentional methods to release your inner artist with plenty of freedom to create your own way.  At 11 AM we will head back to our art cabin for more wonderful creating. We will have box lunches delivered so you can stop and eat when you like. We will take short, energizing breaks throughout the day.  Lunch, light snacks, and water included. We will conclude with a celebration and art show.

Transportation and lodging are NOT included.

No matter what your upbringing, we all have feelings of unworthiness and the simple act of creating can shift you into feeling worthy and full of joy and hope. There is something very magical that happens when you immerse yourself in the process.
