  • 2012 A Thoughtful Year

So I tore my rotator cuff while skiing and now I see this as a sign to try and slow down and live a more thoughtful life. A life that’s more intentional and less reactionary. Scheduling in the painting time and holding it sacred. Saying no to all invitations that don’t truly excite me. It’s very difficult for me to not just go with the flow but to truly honor the artist within me who has been patiently waiting for way too long.
