Egret at Butcher Jones

Butcher Jones a beautiful oasis near Phoenix, where I live. It’s a beach on the Salt River where the wild horses love to romp, tubers and kayakers load in, and families come to swim. It’s a perfect place to paint when the weather is cool. I arrived early enough to capture this egret on canvas.  8 x 10 on linen panel
