Find Your Path

This plein air piece was painted at a paint out with the AZ Plein Air Painters literally in my backyard at the 40th St Trailhead in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. I’ve always loved hiking the Phx Mountain Preserve and it is the reason I live in this neighborhood.Being in this wash brought back a lot of memories of hiking with my late friend, Warren Drake. It was a healing day for me.  This measures 10 x 8 and is painted with oil on linen canvas panel.
